We will work with you from the beginning of the planning process to the day of your event, to ensure that everything goes smoothly. This package is great for busy couples that want to entrust the majority of the planning to us.

Full Coordination

Our Partial Planning Package begins 9-12 months before your Wedding date and is for the client that wants to be more involved with the planning but wants to partner with a professional to execute all of the details for the Wedding.
Partial Coordination
Starting at $1800
Day Of Coordination is a perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your wedding, but need a professional coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event. Our team will begin working with you 4 weeks before the event to review all of the event details, contact your vendors and oversee the Wedding Rehearsal as well. We will be available onsite the day of the Wedding to manage all of the Event Coordination.
Day of Coordination
Starting at $1400
(This fee is customized to size of wedding and how many coordinator assistants needed for the day.)

Our strategy is to be a one stop shop for all your event needs. From staffing to decorating, to helping you find the right baker or caterer it is our mission to help you be your own guest at your event.
Services include:
Bartenders billed at $55.00 an hour
Wait Staff billed at $45.00 an hour
The first hour includes travel time.
Hourly rate is for one person, each additional person is charged separately.
This services is for brides who have a Day of Coordinator but need an extra set of hands. Services include:
Setting up tables and chairs
Assembling chair covers and sashes
Clean up service
Emergency errand runs
Setting up personal items
BRIDAL CONCIERGE SERVICES ARE BILLED AT $100.00/HOUR
The first hour includes travel time.
Hourly rate is for one person, each additional person is charged separately.
